Decided not to do tofurkey this year but going with vegetarian field roast, with vegetarian gravy, mashed potatoes, bread, artichoke with vegenaisse to dip in and then some pumpkin pie!! Oh yeah!! _________________ Christianity is the belief that a cosmic Jewish zombie who is his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in all humanity because a rib-woman was convinced to eat from a magical tree by an infinitely sadistic being disguised as a talking snake with legs. ~ George Carlin |

I hadn't heard of Field Roast before but after googling it I want to try it. How does it compare to tofurkey? _________________ Tom (Pegster) |

Well, how was it, Kate and Erik? My ribs came out great. It was my first time cooking them. _________________ Ah, but I was so much older then.

It was great, lol, a little late posting but it was great! The field roast has a softer texture and spicier compared to the tofurkey but we like both _________________ Christianity is the belief that a cosmic Jewish zombie who is his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in all humanity because a rib-woman was convinced to eat from a magical tree by an infinitely sadistic being disguised as a talking snake with legs. ~ George Carlin |

Thanks for being on the ball, Kate...no really, thanks.
Seriously sounds like a good meal. Guess I'm the one out of the loop, since I missed this back on T-Giving. _________________ ŠJason
