Sounds to Promote Sleep and Relaxation.

Cool Just playing around with this thing, I combined Drums 2 with Ocean, Creek, Rain, and Thunder.

Cat face Makes for an interesting combination, though one I would not care to create for sleeping.

When I lived in California, I needed white noise to block out the urban noises. Now it's quiet where I live but Ive gotten used to the white noise. I use an iPhone app called "Silent Island", which has rain and ocean noises looped. I'll check this out too- thanks Mike. smile

I can fall asleep on a hard wooden dance floor with a band playing music, and 100 people dancing all around me. No sleep aids needed.
